DINING ROOM
The DINING ROOM is The IMPERIAL Hotel's fine dining restaurant, serving buffet breakfast, and a la carte lunch and dinner in an elegant setting highlighted by rich jewel tones of maroon and gold. The Dining Room has seating for 250-300 guests in the main dining room as well as an alfresco dining area overlooking the Royal Garden.
The DINING ROOM takes guests on a culinary journey along the length and breadth of Vietnam with traditional dishes from the Northern, Central and Southern regions of the country, including Hanoi's famous grilled fish "cha ca", Hue's iconic beef noodle soup and Vung Tau's own grilled rice cakes.
The Western menu features classic international favorites including pasta, salads and sandwiches as well as premium products like grilled Australian beef and lamb, and Norwegian salmon and local tuna. Foodies will enjoy our innovative twists including the "Imperial" Burger with arugula, bacon and a spicy chili pumpkin relish and our fresh salads featuring sweet and savory flavors like grilled seafood, fresh seasonal fruit and imported cheeses. Our very own bakery turns out freshly baked breads daily as well as scrumptious desserts.
The Dining Room is open 6:30-10:00am for buffet breakfast and until 10pm for a la carte offerings.
